As of 1/8/2002, the Executive Committee has been included in the transitional schedules until the Company’s conditions are amended in accordance with the rules governing the listing, listing and cancellation of listing by a decision of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) No.30 18/6/2002
3. On 3/10/2002, the Company’s Listing Committee agreed to amend the status of listing the Company’s shares in the issued capital of LE 250 million distributed over 25 million shares at a nominal value of LE 1025 per share represented in two issues in the Official Schedule. (1)
The increase in issued capital was recorded from 250 million pounds to 375 million pounds, an increase of 125 million pounds (the third issue). This is done by raising the nominal value of the share from EGP 10 to LE 15, and the number of shares is EGP 375 and distributed over 25 million shares at a value of EGP 15 in the official table.
On 3/6/2009, the company’s listing committee decided to list the company’s capital increase from EGP 375 million to LE 750 million, an increase of EGP 375 million distributed over 25 million shares at a value of LE 15,000 per share.
4. On 2/12/2009, the Company’s Listing Committee agreed to amend the listing of the Company’s shares in the issued share capital of LE 750 million distributed over 50 million shares at a value of LE 15 representing four issues listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
5. On 27/12/2016, the Depository Committee agreed to amend the listing of the Company’s shares by LE 1,500 million distributed over 100 million shares worth LE 15 representing five issues listed in the Egyptian Securities (Shares) list.
