Boards of Directors
The Board of Directors shall be composed of a number of individual members of not less than five members and no more than nine members, including the Chairman of the Board.
Board's Agenda
The Board of Directors may hold at least one session per month at the head office of the company at the invitation of its chairman. The board may not meet outside the main office except when necessary and in the presence of all its members. In this case, the meeting shall be held only within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Decisions
Decisions of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be issued by a majority of the votes of the attendees
Responsibilities
The Board of Directors of the Company shall have all the powers necessary to discharge its affairs and carry out all necessary work to achieve the purpose for which it was established
Direct all actions, actions and regulations related to administrative, financial and personnel affairs of the company
