Development of EC’ labor force skills

      

  EC pays due attention to labor force skills through developing proper training courses on both technical and administrative levels, evaluates such programs to realize training outcomes in order to create cadres able to assume responsibilities of administrating, producing and marketing to cope with accelerated growth in the tobacco industry, and to accept the challenges of the new world economic order Trainees/Total of the employees reached up to %16 for the relevant year

 dded to, number of trainees from universities and technical schools reached up to  448.

Furthermore, EC grants several advantages to employees such as:-

     Providing a number of restaurants catering employee daily meals.

-  Transporting employees from and to work locations.

-   Social solidarity in cases of crisis and disasters that employees may experience.

-   Providing employee with uniforms in all production sites for grants.

-   Providing cultural and entertainment activities through EC sports club.
